Default Thermometer

Does anybody know where the thermometer sensor is located? I've got something hanging under my car and it looks like it might be the sensor. It has two wires to it but just a plastic probe on the end of it, no plug or anything.

I'll take a closer look at it tomorrow, but I figured if anybody knew it'd be helpful.

Picture might help us identify it...

There is a small black plastic probe behind the driver's side lower grill insert. It sticks part of the way out of a hole in the insert. I'm assuming this would be the temperature probe, but don't know for sure.

Yup thats it. Now I just have to get under there and figure out how to re-attach it.

I had an incident with a tractor trailer tire blowout which ripped out my front driver's side wheel well liner, front grill insert, and marker light. It must have knocked the temperature sensor loose too.

Luckily the marker light and lower grill insert just popped back in, but I have to buy a new wheel well liner.
