Default What are these?

Hi. This is my first time here. I don't have a crossfire, but might be getting one. I saw one today at the dealer. I was puzzled by something I saw under the hood. What are these two objects right in front of the fuse box? They look like solenoids? And what is this hose they're connected to? Powersteering? You can see them in the pic below. Thanks.

My guess would be solenoid controlled valves to regulate the flow of water/antifreeze into the heater core. The hose comes out of the front of the engine near the radiator hose. There are two hoses that leave the solenoid and go into the firewall. There are two of them for the dual zone climate control system.
