Default Unplugging Ultragauge

I need to remove my Ultragauge so that I can send it in for repair. It doesn't seem to want to unplug from the socket under the dash. I didn't want to force it and don't see any kind of latch or anything that would keep it from unplugging. Is it just stiff or am I missing something?

I found that mine fits the Crossfire much tighter than 2 other vehicles. It does not latch in any way-just "wiggle and rock" while pulling.

Same problem here and I've removed it several times. I use a pair of pliers and just don't squeeze very tight. Comes right off.
