Check your light switch. To have your lights off the switch should be pointing straight up and down. The other positions to the left of center are for left or right parking lights. They are used in Europe where people park with 2 wheels on the curb.

Did you check your head light switch? We've had ours since last Oct. and still every time my Bride drives the car at night she turns the swith one click to the left (past center) and the right side parking lights stay on until I put the switch in the Up and Down (off) position. If you turn it to the second detent left of the off position (all the way left) only the left parking lights will be on. It's a very easy mistake to make.
