Fan to Fan shroud clearance problem

Default Fan to Fan shroud clearance problem
Has anyone had a problem with the clearance between the electric fan and the fan shroud?

My car has 125 miles on it. I drove it home from the dealer and noticed a sound under the hood. The fan is hitting the shroud.

Take it back to the dealer; they should fix it.
