Default Metal Door Pins

I saw on the CTD-Germany site some metal door pins. Does anyone have these? Are they easy to fit? Any pics? Thanks.

I have one installed in mine. When you install it, its for life because the plastic ones get ripped off when you remove it. Be careful also in putting it on and put some rubber wrapping in the aluminum pins to avoid gashing it. It adds another plus in the interior styling

I bought mine from www.formymercedes.com its alot cheaper there.

Do I have to remove the door panel to fit them? Or do the old ones unscrew and the new ones just screw in their place?

What I did is --- I decided to condemn the plastic ones and I use a long nose pliers to remove them by turning and pulling. The metal pins can be srewed in place but put rubber wrapping on it so as not to gash the door pins and the door. Do it slowly and cautiously.

I tried to open the door panel but I can't find a hex that will fit on the stock ones. Good luck!
