Default installing pressure regulator valve

It has been said lean AF ratio can be solved by replacing the oem fuel filter with a free high flow fuel filter without regulator, along with an adjustable fuel pressure regulator valve. In this case one can go clockwise to increase pressure in the fuel lines, hense resulting in a richer mixure.

Question: How and where to install and wire them all?
thank you
