Default Instrument panel Change color?

Anyone know how to chnage the instrument panel color? is it just a bulb or is it colored plastic? Are there any kits available yet? I NEED blue! Green isn't very attractive to me.
Thanks

I've heard it is LED's behind there... so that means lots of soldering...

Default Bob's blue lights

Bob, I really like your interior blue lights, I think they would look great with the blue crossfire sill plates. Now, about my question, so as far as you know without changing the LED's undividually, there's no options? I hope you're not correct but thanks for the info.
If ANYONE knows how to do this or alternate methods plz lemme know Thanks!

That 1st sentence with the "lol" after isn't a bit funny Bob... why? cause it's most likely true lol... the guys at my dealer will NOT touch my car again. Can you believe they put a buffer on it... it's new why would it need buffed? Needless to say they swirled the crap out of it but with a li'l help from 3M's Hand Glaze, they filled right in. Looks great... ok now on to part 2 of ur last reply...
What is formymercedes all about (i know check the site lol)
You're welcome about the comments it looks great, how difficult was it to install the interior? Was very much disassembly required? and if so, how tight did it all go back?
and last but not least, if ya find out whats behind there and how to do it by all means please let me know.
Thanks,
Keep it between the lines... the two white ones... more room lol

Hey guys

I read how to do this on a SLK forums website.

There is something like 120 individual parts you need... I saw a picture and the guy had at least 50 individual LEDS and some other small attachment piece.

Apparently you have to change them one by one, its a pain but its possible...

Take a look on an SLK forums site... too bad I dont have the link.

LOL I knew it... I thought it was all LED's... man... and im sure they are the mini LED's like the ones in my Nextel phone... you need a micro solder(sp?) to really do it correct.... Anyone wanta do this let me know

The install running the wires from the rear of the car is a pain in the ***... its hard to take apart that trunk area and put it back together
