My memory is failing me, need help!

I have had the bumper off all winter, installed heat exchanger and getting repaint. Getting ready to reinstall it and checking hardware and I see a part I do not remember. It is hexagonal about 1+ in wide and 3/8 thick, made of rubber with a threaded metal stud on each side. So WTF is it? I can guess who will have the answer, but maybe I will be surprised.

I think that's a vibration isolator that's used to mount the heat exchanger - but that's 85% guess and 15% memory.

Thanks, that makes sense since I removed the stock unit. Also, I almost always bag or jar the hardware I take off, I just couldn't recall that piece. So a word of warning to all, "Don't get OLD"
