Am I supposed to have a plug here?? Re-assembly after sticky key!
hi forum,
ran into quite the issue. I decided to do the sticky key modification and took the pin and spring out of my key ignition... it took me quite a while (maybe over a week or two) because of school and I didn't do it all in one sitting. I also took apart my whole dash to clean and tidy up a few things.
when I tried to reassemble... the car won't start! It goes click click click and nothing happens. my headlights won't come on and a few other things are acting up too...
i noticed on reassembly that I cannot for the LIFE of me find the plug that goes into the fuse box. i don't remember if i am supposed to have one for all of them (2005 limited coupe) or if this one is supposed to be missing... i can't find it and i don't know if this is the reason my car is acting wonky.
I don't know if my battery is dead or i'm missing something here. i tried jumping it but it didn't seem to do anything.

I hope you can see what i'm talking about with these pictures...basically on my headlight fuse panel I have 5 spots for plugs, and only 4 plugs. Is this right? I could've swore I had them all

I'm guessing that the halo around the ignition keyhole has been damaged, not put back on or has become unplugged from the SKREEM module that is directly behind the ignition and mounted on the firewall.
That is shown in step nine in the PDF file.

Thanks for the help. I'll have to check on it later... I don't think the halo is damaged because I did put it back in place... how would I know if it's damaged?? I think it might be my battery because my headlights won't come on either but the side marker lights do...
I tried looking through the service manual but I can't find any more information on that plug that I feel is missing (really where could it go though?)..
Does anyone have a picture of that fuse box with all the plugs in?
