Do you guys take the car to Mercedes or Chrysler for service? I heard a rumor that we could go to either one?

I called our local Benz dealer got some 15 year old girl that didn't know anything. But did find a local Chysler that has 2 certified XFire technicians.

Service (such as oil changes) can be performed by either. Warranty work has to be performed by a Chrysler dealer.
