Carl, I had this same issue when i installed LED lights on my roadster. This is common with LEDs. I know there is a work around for it but I just got fed up, and put the OEMs back on.

 

Hey FP check to see if the LEDs have corroded plugs

 

My light comes on if I even tap the brake...there are no lights out on the car that I can see...the last thing I did was put in LED license plate lights. Reversed one today, and the fuse blew. What am I doing wrong? I have no HIDs yet!

 

JM, I had this same issue with losing radio reception with the lights on. They put a filter on mine, and I no longer have the issue.

Carl, you need to install LEDs w/ the canbus circuit integrated in the bulb.

Where on the car would you use these?

 

The 'eyebrow' lights in the upper corner of each headlight.

I already have LEDs in the eyebrows, but they aren't cob. Holy hell these are expensive otherwise I'd get them right now

I REALLLLLLLLLYYYYYY want these new COB canbus leds but why can't they be cheaper LOL

I'm afraid the gf would strangle me for spending 120 bucks on these to put them in all the sidemarkers and eyebrows too lol

 

Had a strange issue with the car today...tried again to install LEDs in the license plate lights, but the driver's side light kept giving me the 'light out' indicator...so I just left the LED in the right side, the incandescent in the left...
