Is this a symptom of a bad relay or RCM circuitry, or should I check something else?

I just also re- re-soldered the board on the RCM; what the heck, right? No change.

And, Yes, I found several 'in the box' RCM's for $175 or less. This seems like the next logical step; but I don't think I need a spare one of these.

Any other Ideas, or should I go for the RCM?

Where are you located ?

Thank you Les, onehundred80, and ala_xfire. The new RCM is on its way. Hopefully, I'll be up and running between Wednesday and Friday.
I do hope I will be able to give back in the way you all have done so graciously.

Is there power to the fuel pump relay, the power that makes the fuel pump relay contacts operate?
Can you operate this with the RCM opened up and NOT inserted in the black box, just so you can see the relay operate or not? A lot could be learned if you can see it in operation.
The contacts should be close for continuous fuel pump operation, I think.

No power to the fuel pump relay; although there is power to the other relays.

Yippee!!! Yippee!!! Hip Hip Hooray!!! I Installed the new RCM this evening; and all is well. Another 75 miles down the road, and I will be able to test for codes; but I espect none. Now that I have identified the culprit RCM, I can search it for the open circuit, repair it, test it in my car, and post it refurbished for sale at a very, VERY reasonable price.

AGAIN;

Thank you to everyone who helped me through this 'no-start' issue. Sometimes, a simple re-solder is not enough. As I go through testing for the open circuit, I will 'pay back' by posting my process.

I am a HAPPY Crossfire DRIVER, again.

Unless you REALLY want to do the troubleshooting, send it to DJ ( tighed1 ) and for $20 or so he'll lay his magic hands on it and it will be all better.
