Like the title says, a few seconds after I put my car in park the idle surges and drops back down after about two seconds. Another (perhaps unrelated) problem is a sputter -almost like a misfire- that only happens when in park. There is no CEL to speak of and I have checked all of the vacuum lines from the intake manifold. Suggestions or any help is GREATLY appreciated. Thank you
