Default Various lights not turning off!

So while troubleshooting my Central Locking Pump today I pulled fuses 25 and 26 to swap them and see if my 26 fuse was bad which might explain why I have no locks. The pump is exposed mind you but does not run, no sign of water, looks brand new, wanted to check the fuse basically. Strangely now there are several lights that will not turn off unless I pull both 25 and 26 again. They are the following:

Fog lights
side indicators front and rear
small white indicator upper corner of headlight assembly
Tail lights

What could I possibly have done by pulling those 2 fuses? Is the CL pump tied in to the lights in some way? I'm not sure where to begin.

Yes the CL pump module has input into the light circuits as you have found. You can open up the module and see what is going wrong.

Those lights stay on when the headlights have been turned on and then shut off after driving. They stay on about 30 seconds. It acts as a delay so that you can get into the house. If you lock the doors with the fob BEFORE you shut the door they won't come on. You can try that and see if that works just so you'll know that the circuit is ok.
