I need help with the procedure as to how to unlock the hatch in order to open it from the inside. I need to get under the trunk to check for a water leak as my fobs don't work etc.. Does anyone know how to get the hatch unlocked? What tools are needed to do the job. Once I crawl back there I really don't want to get out to get more tools only to crawl back in again..

Also can someone explain to me how to test the yellow and black relays in the fuse box.
