hi guys.i have a p500a code,my code reader says it is a wheel speed sensor.can anybody tell me which wheel?.many thanks.

 

a) Starts on page 9-504 of the 2005 Service manual
b) p0500 just says the ABS module has a fault set, have to read the 1xxx series CAB code to know what.

ps why do people have trouble downloading an on-line service manual ?

 

I have a 500 and a 503 code. Just replaced steering knuckle on the passenger side and used the old sensor. I did man handle it a bit trying to separate one of the ball joints. I have another sensor that came with the knuckle but as I recall, it seemed impossible to remove the sensor plug portion, some fancy MB clip holds it in there.

Any clue on how to open that clip up?
