limp mode
I believe that I was in limp mode on my crossfire it would not shift out of 1st and I took it to dealership and they wanted to charge me 1400 I tried a different way andbought a unewused transmission with way less miles put it in and now the car is doing the same thing could it be a sensor can anyone help me im ready to pull my hair out
It could be the conductor plate. The transmission speed sensor in mine was going bad and was intermittently causing limp mode. The part is about $120, and takes about 4 hours to change out. After I replaced mine the trans shifted like new
