I had only owned the car for less than a week. I had the oil and filter changed. They noted to watch a small leak from the front center bolt. I looked at it even. They and I missed the hairline crack that apparently forces more oil out at highway speeds. There was no damage at on on the bottom of the oil pan. The check oil light had come on after I had the car for just a few days. I had the oil changed and checked thing out. We missed it the first time. All is good now. This place has serviced my cars for a long time and have always been great or I wouldn't have gone back. Had the valve cover gaskets replaced at the same time as they had a little bit of leaking. Taking no chances.

I got mine back together just two hours ago. New valve cover gaskets and RTV seal on the breathers. I THINK I got it - won't know till it sits for a few days - the breathers only leak sitting still.

Ran it for about 1/2 hour to burn off the oil that dripped onto the manifolds when I was yanking the covers off, and to warm it up - I do'nt let it sit for more than 2 weeks at a time. Exercise the top every time I drive it, too.
