non starting issue

Bob, the RCM is DUMB and STUPID, nothing in there but relays and a handful of diodes and resistors.
Send it to DJ ( tighed1 ) along with $30 ( his new rate ).

Yes, I was thinking of that but didn't want to send him an RCM that doesn't work at all. I inspected the typically bad solder points and they all look to be good.

No start RCMs are not a problem.
I test before and after repairs to ensure the problem has been corrected.
