Post Bolt Removal When Seat Can Not Move

2004 Crossfire Coupe
I moved the drivers seat forward to clean under it, but the back slide does not work.
Now I need to remove the seat to repair it. Any replies would be much appreciated.
Can not drive at this point and need help.

Default Re: Bolt Removal When Seat Can Not Move

Can you raise it as far as possible ? That should make the bolts reachable. Seems I misremember that is an E bolt (external star) and may strip if use normal sockets.

Worst case you may be able to unbolt the seat from the slides - bolt pattern is in the service manual available online.
