Is something missing here?
As I was cleaning the engine bay I cam across a opening next to the coolant tank on the wheel well. Is there suppose to be a gromet here to close up this opening?

Leaving the hood up at car shows is asking for people with larceny in mind to take parts that can easily be lifted. I have heard of it before.
