Default Right Rear Wheel Stopping Car

I parked it and it sat for a while. Its a stock crossfire. The right rear wheel is locked up. It turns about a half a turn back and forth. The car goes through the gears fine. It starts and will go into gear but only moves about three feet before the wheel locks up and stalls the car. The brakes are not engaged or stuck. I don't think its the parking brake. I hope its not the diff.

Any ideas

Sorry I never saw this before.
I had that happen on a car before and the reason was the ebrake had dropped a shoe and it jammed the wheel when it got between the other shoe and the drum.
I took it apart and removed the loose shoe.

Agree with 180, First place to look would be inspect parking brake drum. It is easy to inspect. Remove rim/tire, remove one torx screw and the drum should come off. If it doesn't; The drum is hung-up on something. Look in the service manual on this website. You can find diagrams/pictures and instructions.

Thanks for the advice guys. I hadn't thought to check it cause I figured it would be stuck in place if it was that but It is worth looking into.
