First I would like to say good luck to you. Your going to end up scratching the sh** out of your bumper. The metal mesh when cut, is extremely sharp, and you'll snag everything on it. If you wear gloves, it will definitely test your patience. I ended up taking mine off, because every time I moved my hands it would get caught, and I would end up just bending the hell out of it. Then once the gloves were off, my hands got thrashed because the little edges are freaking sharp. If your willing to endure all that you can try any Industrial Metal Supply House, out here in Los Angeles, we have a company called IMS, and they have a bunch of different styles and thicknesses. If you can find a supply house, who's majority sales goes to Corp, but also deals to the public, should totally have what your looking for.
Try a neighborhood hardware store, we have Ace Hardware in Indy. Another good place would be a tractor supply store. Believe it or not those places are gold mines of useful stuff.
