Default Can a new RCM affect the TPMS?

I believe this is the appropriate section to ask my question on a TPMS issue, but if its not I ask that the administrator move it to where it should be. After 11 years of ownership I've replaced 3 sets of tires on my 2004 Crossfire and the TPMS light always went out after the tire work and came on when the air pressure was low.

I recently had to replace the relay control module (RCM). When I drove the car home the TPMS light was on but when I checked the tire pressure the next day everything was within operating limits. The light came on with the initial turn of the ignition, went off for 2-3 seconds after starting and then immediately came back on solid. I took the car over to American Tire (Discount Tire) and they confirmed the pressures were okay and that each sensor was transmitting. I scheduled an appointment with Delano Chrysler (Central Valley California) who "confirmed" over the phone they had all the equipment and software to reset the system. Evidently the joke there is they are such a new dealership that they haven't lost all the required tools or had them walk off the lot yet.

They too confirmed that the tire sensors were working (previously cloned and functioning before RCM repair) and upon further inspection the receiver was function as well but the light remained on. However, there were error codes in the system (P2300, P2315, P2316, P2404, P2312 in that order) which they felt could possibly be the cause for the errant light. Now mind you at that point in time they had spent 2 hours on the car for the $24.95 reset charge that they ultimately did not bill me as they stated "they hadn't fixed anything". They stated it might take another 1-3 hours to diagnose the matter and that would be at the standard shop rate. As the dealership is about 40 miles from home and I hadn't planned to spend the day out of town, I told them I would bring the car back next week.

1) Has anyone heard or is it possible for the RCM to affect the TPM system?
2) Could the error codes actually stop or if specific enough keep the TPM system from working properly?
3) Is there an error code associated with the TPMS? I have a hand written copy of what the codes "stated", but I couldn't find anything online that matched the P23XX series.

Thanks in advance for any assistance.
