Make SURE the battery contacts in the FOB are good. Eric in Ohio noticed the 'fingers' that touch the battery were bent back - not really making contact.
That would be my first guess!

Check the front of the FOB were the metal key sticks out of the FOB. There you will see a red piece of plastic, as you press the FOB button look at the red plastic; If the FOB has good batteries you should see a red light blink from inside the FOB.
Well i think batteries have a good contacts , if no batteries car wont start because immobiliser not working then i already tryed start without batterys and not working, maybe doing something wrong when proggraming?
also i disconnected alarm siren because i read somewhere because of siren fault maybe not working

It is important for us to know if you see the red light blink in the FOB when you press the button. Please answer the question in post #3.
It is not required to have batteries in the FOB for the car to start. The car will start, if everything else is working properly, with no batteries in the FOB.
Does the switch inside the car lock or unlock the doors?
Are you in Lithuania?

If car does not start without the batteries in the FOB, it indicates that the security air pump in the trunk is not working properly. You should go under the rear of the car and cut a small slit in the rubber plugs (you will see two) . The plugs are located to the rear of the axle. twist a little and see if water comes out. If you find water it indicates that you have a problem in the area under the styrofoam. That is where the air pump that locks/unlocks the door is located.
Here in the USA the air pump is located on the right (passenger) side of the car, but in europe it may be different.

i was disconnected air pump in the trunk, and car starts without air pump,
im sure there should be another alarm module somewhere in the car under the dashboard, maybe problem there,
but red light not flashing when pressing buttons on fob, only immobiliser working when batteries in, without batterys car wont start,
doors lock or unlock with key all doors trunk locking and unlocking, only fob does norhing
Pave086 you may have a problem with the immobilizer.
1. The FOB should show a red blink light when you push the lock unlock button. No blink of the red light on the front of the FOB means there is a problem with the batteries in the FOB. If the FOB has no electric power from the batteries in the FOB it can not transmit a signal to lock or unlock the doors.
2. Even with no batteries in the FOB you should be able to start the car.
There are basically three conditions when car won't start. a) car will crank (starter engages and turns engine over), but doesn't start - fuel or spark problem,
b) no crank, and no start -Relay Control Module or pulse module problem c) crank and starts, but dies 2 times, then nothing - immobilizer SKREEM problem
Is the starter engaging and trying to start the car? YES or NO ? If, NO then you should disconnect the cars main battery negative cable for about one minute and then reconnect it. Try to start the car again. Does the car crank, start briefly and dies twice, like c above?
Hope this helps. Language differences makes understanding difficult.

.
Hold that button on the FOB for a couple seconds. Mine flashes VERY DIM twice, then once real bright. Hold it for two to three seconds, if no light the FOB is broken, the batteries are bad, or the batteries are not installed in the right direction. When you get a FOB that lights in that red window after two to three seconds, then resync using the instructions in the forum.
Did you say the pump in the lower trunk is disconnected? Hmmmmm, where is the receiver for the FOBs unlocking the doors?

HELP! Is there a way to purchase or acquire by other means a replacement FOB? They have not been available through a dealer for at least a year. I've been told that once the chip in a Crossfire Key FOB has been programmed to a VIN#, it is permanent and can't be made to work with another Crossfire.
