Default Spoiler limit switch replacement

The down side limit switch is broken. Part isnt available anywhere I've looked has anyone spliced in a different one that works? I've looked at some close up photos and it looks like a roller switch might work but I thought I would see if anyone had done this and had an idea.

Look for the makers name and part number, these were not made for the car or any other car. The cheapest way for the car maker is to buy an off the shelf item.
Look for that makers part or a similar part made by someone else, they generally follow the same size and specifications from maker to maker, only a few are are one off designs and these are too expensive when you can buy one off the shelf. It may or may not have the Chrysler or MB part number on it, ignore that if you can.

I will inspect it when I take it out hopefully will find something useful or use the size to fund a replacement that will work.

MOUSER was the one I could not remember.

Forget MCM, if the first two fail, go right to Mouser!

Did a temp install this morning. I forgot my connectors at work so will do it properly tomorrow. But it is functioning correctly on test drive.

.

Cool, that a source can be located for SOME of the parts that fix our issues! Anyone know if RS will come back after chapter-11?
