Illuminated Sills

Is there any interest from the forum for these i had originally thought about selling them only on E bay???
The blue is awesome when you open your doors at night. I changed all the internal lights to blue as well, very nice blend with the instruments. New head unit will also be blue. Jury is still out on exactly what's getting installed, one thing at a time.

I have the laser program written to cut stainless but it only gets economical with a batch qty.
the post was just to gauge the market potential as originally this was just a one off for me.
Then i found out that it would be a lot cheaper if i made a few sets.

On the website is lists the price as $99.00. I have emailed them twice asking for a quote for a set and shipping. Have not heard from them. The price is great. Anyone order from these people?
Thanks.

Yea, you're right. I didn't think that could be the right price! Thanks for pointing that out. Still in the "thinking" stage of these sills. I really like them, though!
I installed them a couple of months ago...they are great. You can get a better price at http://www.newmoparparts.com/ or http://www.moparpart.com/. I didn't pay $349 even with shipping.
I would not know how to install them...trust me, and my husband has marginal experience. How difficult are they to install? Remember, we're mechanically challenged.
Thanks!

If you are not mechanically/electrically inclined...I would not recommend trying it. A dealer install will add another $100 + to the cost probably. Maybe you can find a GOOD Crossfire friend in the area that can help you out with this and the stereo mod (that one is a must). Good luck!
I most definitely will go the dealer route when I take the plunge. I don't know anyone who owns a Crossfire in my area. I've only seen two roadsters and one coupe. Truly, our cars are unique!
As for the sound system mod, I have the 05' Roadster Limited with the Nav system. Does the mod apply to this radio/cd player? All the posts I read were directed to the 04' Coupes.
I was confused as I read that the system was upgraded with the Limited editions. Then again, I'm very new to all this, and I most likely don't know what I'm talking about!

Thanks, yes that was pointed out in an earlier post. I have not made a decision on them yet, but I think they would look great with the Aeroblue color of my car. Just in the "want" stage...not the "need" stage...or the "buy" stage...but getting closer!
You will never be in the NEED category for luminated door sills. But the want will over come you and you will get them. Any descent custom stereo store should be able to install them. It took me about one hour, the hardest part was finding the wire in the loom to connect the power source.
I put in the necessary information to order the door sills through this site, but with shipping, they were actually more than the other link. The Des Moines dealer is sending them to me with free shipping. The Mopar site had my total at over $360.00??? Odd...
I went with Des Moines...
