Question Passenger seat belt warning?

Can anyone tell me if there is a seat belt warning for the passenger seat, or if the seat even has a sensor inside. The light and chime works as intended for the driver's seat but nothing for the passenger seat. My "5 Star Dealer" has no clue. They had to remove the passenger seat to replace the bottom cover which came unstitched. When I got it back there is no light or chime from the passenger side. I'm fairly sure there was before the work, as I vaguely remember reminding my wife to 'buckle up'. A call from the dealer today said, he confirmed there is no sensor in the right seat. Help please.

According to the service manual, there isn't a sensor on the passenger side.

For a passenger belt warning a sensor in the seat would be mandatory. As the Crossfire doesn't have any sensor, there's no warning.
