Default Explanation Needed

A maintenance warning icon appeared at startup in the odometer box. The icon was a clock, wrench and (-) 460. Does this message mean the oil is 460miles beyond the 7000 mile change limit or is it indicating something else? I am new to the Crossfire and could not find specific definitions in the owners manual. If my assumption is correct how do I cancel the message once the oil is changed? Can I use my fault code diagnostic module to do this?
Thanks

It all depends if and when the setting was changed, done at the time of the oil change it is indicating the truth other than that it is useless.
Change the oil now and change the readout to zero and start from the beginning.
