No start remote not working

No start remote not working
My daughter has an 04 Crossfire coupe, automatic.
The first symptoms are: neither remote will unlock or lock the car, prior to today they both worked. The second; the keys will not start it either. The wing goes up for no apparent reason.
the battery is fully charged.
please help!!
