Battery drawing down
I posted once before and replaced my rcm to great success, hoping for the same this time. I have replaced my battery twice in the last two months luckily at no charge, but since then I have been disconnecting it when I shut it off. I looked at some old threads from Pizza Guy and others and did the in line multimeter test.
If I had it right after 3 minutes the amps went down to .03. I can do mechanical, but electrical isn’t my strong suit to say the least. If this amp reading is correct it shows no draw problem, right? I know something is wacky though because weird things have happened like spoiler going up and down at will, no starting one minute and then one minute later it starts. I have disconnected the alarm already. Do I need to try pulling the fuse on the spoiler or anywhere else next.? The independent tech that disconnected the alarm and reset the antilock brake alarm and a few other items seems to be honest and fair priced, but I’d rather do it myself if I can.. Any help is appreciated.

Sounds like you may need to check your main grounds for corrosion. I have had trouble with this in my car, which was always garage kept. They looked fine, but upon removing the nuts, I found the telltale white powder. Cleaning those up eliminated occasional gremlins.
Have you disconnected or replaced the alarm siren? After so may years the internal batteries leak and short out the circuit board causing battery drain?
After it sat for a while without driving it the antilock brake light, tire light, and a few others wouldn’t clear including the alarm. The tech disabled it, and I assumed he removed the batteries, so I don’t know for sure other than my alarm doesn’t go off.
The grounds are attached to the inner fenders. One is directly in front of the battery. The other is on the driver's side, above the fan controller. This really sounds more like your siren is still connected and causing problems, though.
I removed the cowl and it looks like he just disconnected the siren. Do I need to remove it completely? I’ve heard y’all talking about a battery for the siren and it being a problem. I cleaned up all the grounds and checked that all fuses are still in the box #9 included.
I checked the amperage and it went from 0.18amps to 0.03amps after 3 minutes. I could see it drop off at about 0.12 as things were shutting down, I guess. Was there anything to do about a battery leaking down or causing a problem on the siren?
Update: I checked everything y'all suggested, but no relief. I had been having troubles with the ignition key hanging up where it wouldn't turn and needed to be replaced, reprogrammed, etc. I took into a young independent shop owner who seemed knowledgable after talking briefly. I told him that my battery issues started about the time the ignition started hanging up. He pulled the ignition, removed a pin ? and for about 2 weeks it has been fine, both problems solved. He said that when I turned the ignition off it was still in accessory mode. Whatever, I've got it back on the road. Thanks for all the info.
