Default Dash lights work-a-round!

I have a problem with seeing the dash lights during the daytime. I have tint on the windows and the only way I can see the instrument indications is to turn on the parking lights. Does anyone have a work-a-round so that the dash illumination stays on anytime the ignition key is turned on? Be nice to be able to jumper the key switch to the dash illumination power. Thanks

One way would be to get a Canadian illumination control module and have daytime running lights but you have to enable it with a DRB 3 if I am not mistaken.

Adding a Canadian illumination module to a US spec Crossfire is all that is required for DRL's including dash lights on when engine is running. I did this to my US spec SRT6 12 years ago. the module is easy to install. The hardest part will be getting a Canadian illumination module.

Would you happen to have a pic and where is the location to install the module. Does it replace another module? Thanks

The module bluecoupe is talking about replaces the existing module.

It is basically the headlight switch but controls other things as well. The trick is finding a Canadian one. European may work as well but I am not sure.
