Default Something in the future to keep in mind if you have Oil in coolant or Vice versa.

I came across this post in Benzworld and thought it should be on our radar and taken into account for our cars. Being as our cars are one of if not the last cars to carry one of the said engines. I just thought it would be a good piece of literature for the community to have access to.
