Dealer tried to start car but steering wheel still locked up. Had it towed to dealer. He says trying to get parts for three weeks no luck ???
Does any body know if the connection between the key and the steering wheel can be disconnected with out negative effect on other functions

Does the key turn, if not it needs the sticky key repair.

Steering wheel turns small amount
