Check the cables for corrosion of looseness and check the fuses. It is also possible the battery is so dead it will not allow power.

I checked the cables for good connection and removed the ground cable, clean it and reattached it. Still nothing. It must be a large fuse.

I have never heard of the 200 amp fuse blowing, but it does sound like yours is blown. You can easily verify that with a DMM or even a "test light".
