Default radiator fan runs all the time even with car off

Hello need some help with my dads car again. 2005 crossfire the cooling fan runs all the time. We have to disconnect the battery to stop it. Reading it could be the FCM. We replaced the RCM about four years ago with the help of this forum for no start issue. The question, is it the FCM or could the RCM have gone bad again? Where do I buy the FCM?

I responded to your PM.

If others have a good source for an FCM, I'd be interested to hear it. I notice that prices are up and they are hard to find-makes no sense, since about a million MBs use that module.
