Looking at the DRB3 and not getting a TCM or shift communication with it (Long story). Question does a Manual have a TCM and if so is it under the passenger floorboard as opposed to the passenger footwell kick panel? Not seeing one, but not exactly sure what I am looking for or where either.
You better download the service manual and start reading. There is no TCM and no need for a TCM with a manual. Also, there is no SLA (Shift Lever Assembly) on the CAN BUS, either.
I couldn't find it in the manual which is why I asked. I couldn't think of a reason for a TCM in a stick shift, but who knows???? It was the last thing that Icouldn't read with the DRB3 and wanted to make absolutely sure before I put the wiring harness back together and installed.
Thanks

With the Workshop manuals so easily found on this site I cannot see why people do not find it and read it.
They get mentioned enough times.

Sometimes, you can search that manual for days and not know what to think - but going to the 'wiring' chapter, you can find the answer in five minutes - it happens so much, that I go FIRST to the diagrams for a LOT of questions
