Windows opening by themselves?

Default Windows opening by themselves?
Sometimes when I enter the car there is a 'beeping' and the drivers and passengers window half open by themselves. Is this normal, possibly if it's warm inside car?

I know the windows drop automatically when activating the soft top so wondered whether there was an electrical 'glitch' which made them intermttently drop thinking the soft top was about to be lowered?

Sounds like a bad switch in the windshield header.
