2005 crossfire drain / fuse question
Hi all!
We have been chasing parasitic drain, thank you for all the awesome posts and guides!!
The amp hound meter shows the only drain is coming from fuse 9. Roof light, Horn, Anti-theft-alarm, Trunk light, Tire pressure control.
Is there a normal draw for that fuse? I think it was at .09 and everything else tested at 0.00.
Is there any harm in pulling the fuse, or will it cause issues with the anti theft?
thanks for the help!

Most common cause is a short in the alarm siren. It is located under the cowl in front of the windshield. You can just unplug the siren. Clean the drains under the cowl while you are there. Use the search feature at the top right of the page for more info.
This, and don't bother buying as used one either unless you replace the 20 yr old battery's on the board as pizzaman has suggested in the past. The siren is located under the windshield wiper shroud.
