She be Hot!
My 2005 Crossfire started running hot when in traffic. Doesn't matter if the air is on or not. I removed drive belt and checked water-pump. Bearing seemed a bit grainy and not smooth. Ordered a OEM spec pump and thermostat. Flushed system with distilled water and replaced said parts. Now runs a tick cooler at highway speeds but temp gauge wants to jump when navigating the neighborhood. The radiator fan does kick on but seems to be rather anemic....When I exit the car it has that something is hot smell/vibe. Any help to sort this would be appreciated!!

Replace the top on the reservoir tank.
Is coolant level remaining constant when you check it cold looking down into reservoir tank?
