Default Wheel Sensors

From Old Guy Buys Crossfire:
I am located in Petoskey Michigan. I have replaced my rear wheel sensors. Does anyone know of a Chrysler Dealership in Michigan that has the old Chrysler DRB III with a Crossfire software card plus the Crossfire-Sprinter Multiplexer cable? The warning light is driving me nuts.

I don't believe any Chrysler dealer can any longer program our Crossfires at all
To long out of production and no Chrysler DRB III with Crossfire software available at Chrysler
Look for a private European Automotive repair shop to assist you

Which brand and model number of sensors did you install?
Not all of them are able to be triggered by the DRB tool? Best to know for sure before you invest more time and money

What "sensors" are you talking about?
Wheel speed sensors or tire pressure? Every one has answered this as though you are speaking of the tire pressure sensors, but you haven't made it clear as to which you are referring.

Good point and good question. I had Brakes By The Bay replace the rear tire pressure sensors with sensors recommended by the local Chrysler dealer. Breaks By The Bay was unable to get the new tire pressure sensors to function with TPMS. I then went back to the Chrysler dealership. The too were unable to get the TPMS reprogramed. I am know about $500.00 into this adventure and the warning light is still driving me crazy. However, my love affair with the Crossfire continues.

Your point is well taken. I am learning the hardway to do my homework before taking action. The tire pressure sensors were recommended by the local Chyrsler dealer. Part number 68406527-AA. I am now $500.00 in to this journey and the warning light is still shining brightly.

I got a hold of Rob yesterday. I think I am on the road to making the warning light disappear. Thanks again.

Good point
I had assumed TPMS as it’s the most discussed
I went through several schrader 20028 sensors before I was able to land on the correct sensors that could be triggered by the magnet and recognized by the DRB Tool SCHRADER TPMS #20028

hope all works out for you.

I meant to say
I went through several different sensors before I was able to locate and install the Schrader 20028.
sorry for any confusion.

these are Not available on rock auto and the ones they list will not work with DRB
