Default Air Filter Box

Can someone please tell me the size of the Tonx screws on the air filter box? I need to buy a socket and don't want to buy a whole set.

Thank you! I'm still not sure though. A previous post on the forum referenced T-15. Is it possible that the limited is different than the SRT? By the way I have a 2007 Sportster 1200 Custom.

Complete set sells for $20 at Sears, well worth it a lot of other Torx fasteners on many newer cars

Do you have a link for the Sears Torx socket set for $20? I can only find it for a lot more.

Sears Canada, in store, I will check and try to get you part number, think it is 6 piece, fits on 3/8 drive socket wrench and comes in Metric(Crossfire) and USA Std Sizes, I bought both a couple of years ago when I had a Silverado SS.

This will fit any Crossfire airbox.

You've bought a quality car.
It has expensive services etc.
Don't be cheap - buy a FULL torx set.
Home Depot, Lowes, Sears, any auto parts store etc.
You will need them.

When buying from sears buy online with pickup in store option.
You just print your receipt walk up to the pickup door scan it and they bring it out and put it in your car.
You don't have to park just pull up to the door!

Just got back from Sears, the part number is 9 42695 that get you 9 piece Craftsman 3/8 socket drive metric Torx set, beleive me you need socket style when you remove calipers to install new brake pads. Regular price is $29.99 and clerk told me they go on Sale for $19.99 every now and then.

Even at full price about 75% cheaper than Snap On tools variant.

I bought Metric and Standard when they were on Sale at $19.99 and had discount scratch and save card when I bought mine.
