Default Door handle - lock cylinder migration?

Just purchased an SRT6 with a damaged driver's door handle. If I can find a used handle off a wreck, is it possible to swap it's lock cylinder with the lock cylinder in the damaged handle so I can continue using the OEM key?

Or do I have to get new keys for the new door handle using the wreck's VIN number?

Any help or suggestions appreciated. PS - I have not talked to the dealer yet.

Default Re: Door handle - lock cylinder migration?

I think it's held in by two screws from what I've seen in the service manual.
