Default a GREAT resource for repair diagnosis

I just completed repair of a faulty fan blower regulator. With the aid of an online service I had never heard of www.justanswer.com , a 30 yr ASE technician with specific Crossfire experience named Tim Mohr, walked me through diagnosing the problem for $28!!! I happily tipped him after I installed the new regulator last night and everything is perfect. The MB genuine part was ordered through a Benz wholesaler at $146 shipped. This as compared to the $450 Chrysler dealer quoted me, not to mention the $200 for labor. In all it took about 45 mins of actual diagnosis, removal, and installation. Needless to say I will use this service before going to a shop assuming I dont find the answer here on the forum. What most impressed me is how he methodically checked the many "low cost repair" possibilities first.

Wondering if anyone else has used?
