I bought my roadster used, and both doors rattle when you close them with the window down. Has anyone repaired this yet? I don't want to mortgage my house to get this fixed, so the dealer is out.

 

Many have had this issue. The fix is easy-there are 1 or 2 loose nuts inside the door. You can do this yourself-follow the door panel removal Sticky. And start looking around!

A stealer will charge at least $100 for it. "Diagnosis and repair".

while i have a hardtop and a vert i can say this is not the norm. my doors are a solid as ever no squeaks or rattles of any kind. shut the door and a very solid THUNK is heard
