Can you hear any noise of air in the trunk. If one lock was not working I would say that one air line to that lock was broken but if no locks operate I would guess it is the pump or a main air line from that pump that is causing the trouble.
I am assuming that the locks for both doors and the rear hatch do not work .

The one other thing that you may look at is the
Sentry Key Remote Entry Module (SKREEM) It is
located underneath the top pad of the instrument panel
behind the Instrument Cluster. The SKREEM works in conjunction
with the vehicle locking/unlocking remote control and the

Does your deck lid lock?
How about your gas filler door?
If all those work then chances are its a leak somewhere in the front of the car. If none of your locks work the pump either has a major leak or its shot.
I had a similar issue with my deck lid and gas filler door and it was one of the pneumatic lines. I had the dealer fix it because I didn't feel like tearing the interior apart. If there is a leak you should be able to hear it. Hit the lock and you should hear a hissing sound. I think 180 is right on the money, I concur with his assessment of the problem. Let us know how you make out.

The Mercedes part should be cheapest.
(numbers from the forum master parts list)
Central Locking Pump module for a Chrysler Crossfire 2004 -2008
or Mercedes Benz SLK 2004 - 2008.
The Chrysler part number is 05102774AA
The Mercedes Benz part number is 17080000848.

I believe the water came in from the wheel well area where the domed area meets the flat area..
