Default intermittent no power when key turned

I have a 2005 Roadster. In the past two weeks, I started getting a problem when starting the car. I turn the key, but nothing happens. All lights go on, radio plays fine, no warning lights. When this happens, the shift gets stuck in park. After a while the problem ceases and all seams OK. My dealer replaced the PCM (under warranty) saying it had "an internal failure" I drove out thinking all now was OK. After one day the car acted up again and was towed to dealer where it is now. ANY IDEAS AS TO MY PROBLEM???
Thanks

I know this is basic, but are the battery terminals tight? I had this issue, and that's all it was.

Terminals were checked and are OK. In fact, when I turn key, I get full power to everything (lights, radio, all dash warning lights,) except to start car.

to engage the starter, it has to have full power....how old is the battery, and did they check the connections at the starter...the only other area to look would be the ignition switch itself...good luck....but, the XF is very dependant on a good battery...voltage sensitive to all of it's sensors...if it isn't getting good power, the sensors cause strang things to happen. They can check voltage to different areas of the car...if they want to, but I would have them put a "load" on the battery to make sure it is at full strength. It doesn't take much to just light up gauges.

Relay Control Module? Tighead?

Try this?

If you can figure this out, please let me know. My crossfire has been stalling intermittently. When I turn the key nothing happens and the car is stuck in park. Usually starts after a few minutes.
