Default Sticky Trip Odometer on Crossfire

I saw a few of you guys with similar situations. If someone runs into this, might want to give the following a try first. Sure beats having the cluster replaced.

"If a customer complains that the trip odometer will not reset mileage, please do not replace the cluster before you try to reset the mileage by
pushing the trip odometer button hard. The button is located on the lower left side of the cluster, next to the speedometer. Once it is done,
the problem does not reoccur."

Replacing the cluster is not recommended because there are issues with the mileage being set to the new cluster.
