Default Removing cup holder

I'm trying to swap out my broken cup holder for a storage bin as outlined in the help file on the subject. On Step #5, where you pull back the felt in the storage bin to remove the 2 screws, mine does not look like the picture. There are no recessed areas and no screws. It's just flat plastic.

No screws in the bottom face of the bin? What holds it down then?
A picture if you can would be good.

I got it. I was peeling up the wrong end of the felt cover. The part that I needed to lift is at the back and it's not glued down.

Job completed. Thanks.
